Cancellation Policy :
- If a speaker wishes to cancel their participation, a written request must be sent to the organizing team.
- For cancellations received 30 days or more before the event (on or before November 3, 2025), a full refund minus a small administrative fee will be provided.
- For cancellations received less than 30 days before the webinar (after November 3, 2025), a 50% refund will be issued.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations within 7 days of the event start (after November 26, 2025) or for no-shows.
- If the organizers cancel the event, registered speakers will receive a full refund or the option to transfer the fee to a future event.
- Substitution of speakers may be considered with prior notice and approval from the organizing team.
